Genesis General Contracting, Inc. was founded in 2002 by its president, Deborah A. Sanderson. The firm is comprised of some of the industry's top professionals. While we perform work on a competitive bid basis, a substantial portion of our work is negotiated and includes pre-construction services such as conceptual estimating and value engineering.
