not against them, we also boast a deep and loyal subcontractor database.

PROJECT
MANAGEMENT
Our staff has utilized nearly every scheduling program available at
one time or another. We have selected the computerized scheduling
program that offers us the capability of providing schedules as detailed
as required. Depending upon the sophistication of the project, we
can offer simple two week look ahead bar charts or full CPM diagrams.
The main emphasis placed on our schedules is that they are adhered
to. Understanding the needs of our clients and subcontractors plays
a major role in determining the type of schedule required for each
project.
Contract, change orders and correspondence are tracked though our
system so as to maintain complete control of the project information
flow. Our project management system is designed to accommodate any
project regardless of size or complexity. The key to good management
is to know the status of any particular task within a project at any
given time. Genesis employees are committed to utilizing our project
management system, which in turn provides the control we to properly
manage our work.
ACCOUNTING
The stronghold of our management systems is the control that we maintain
over costs. No Cost is incurred on our project?s without our management
teams knowledge. All costs are tracked throughout the duration of
the project to provide accurate job cost reports. Upon completion,
this reports are reviewed and updated in our estimating database in
order to provide the most accurate proposal possible.

A construction firm without a safety program would be anything but
a service to the people is associated with. To complement our commitment
to service, our safety program includes weekly safety meeting, material
safety data sheets (MSDS) and an OSHA approved safety standard. Genesis
General Contracting, Inc. employees work endlessly with our subcontractors
to maintain safe job sites to directly benefit all parties involved.
